Welcome to the schedule for Katsucon 19 in 2013!

Katsucon is an annual 3-day fan convention held in the D.C. metro area for multicultural enthusiasts and entertainment. Katsucon is produced by Katsucon Entertainment, Inc. (KEI), a 501(c)(3) educational non-profit organization dedicated to bringing information about Japanese animation, society, and traditional and popular culture to fans everywhere.

Dub Like You Mean It!

Ever wanted to play the voice of your favorite anime character? Now's your chance! Join veteran voice actor Crispin Freeman in a dubbing workshop where you get to learn how to voice act in anime! Volunteers will be able to try their hand at voice acting to picture using the same equipment the studios use! Crispin will personally direct the participants in the workshop, revealing to both them and the audience the techniques he's developed over 14 years in voice acting. Learn how to sound like you mean it when putting your voice into a character that's already been animated.

Korra Nation: A Discussion Panel

Long ago, Nickelodeon showed good 90's shows and cartoons in harmony. Then, everything changed when Big Time Rush, iCarly, and the wannabe cartoons attacked. Only the Avatar: The Last Airbender could stop them, but when we needed it most, reruns of the show vanished.
