Welcome to the schedule for Katsucon 19 in 2013!

Katsucon is an annual 3-day fan convention held in the D.C. metro area for multicultural enthusiasts and entertainment. Katsucon is produced by Katsucon Entertainment, Inc. (KEI), a 501(c)(3) educational non-profit organization dedicated to bringing information about Japanese animation, society, and traditional and popular culture to fans everywhere.

Please join Chin Hayama as they present the art and technique of Soran Bushi, traditional Japanese Folk Dancing.  You will learn history of this art and also be able to try your hand at various steps and techniques.

Chin Hamaya Culture Center began in the United States in 2010. In 2004, The Chin Family moved to Okinawa, Japan (by orders of the USMC) and discovered a love for the culture and country.
