Welcome to the schedule for Katsucon 19 in 2013!

Katsucon is an annual 3-day fan convention held in the D.C. metro area for multicultural enthusiasts and entertainment. Katsucon is produced by Katsucon Entertainment, Inc. (KEI), a 501(c)(3) educational non-profit organization dedicated to bringing information about Japanese animation, society, and traditional and popular culture to fans everywhere.

So you love lolita, but you had sticker shock when you first saw the cost? Well no worries, because you don't have to go broke creating a lolita wardrobe! This panel will teach how to build your own lolita wardrobe without going into debt and how to get the most out of every piece. It will also discuss where to buy lolita clothing at all different price points, from offbrands to indie brands to the big name brands and how to judge the quality of each piece as well as items to definitely get and to skip. Other topics discussed will be using a shopping service, buying ""lucky packs"", making your own clothing, and buying clothing second hand.
