This panel will teach how to build your own lolita wardrobe without going into debt and how to get the most out of every piece. It will also discuss where to buy lolita clothing at all different price points, from offbrands to indie brands to the big name brands and how to judge the quality of each piece as well as items to definitely get and to skip. Other topics discussed will be using a shopping service, buying ""lucky packs"", making your own clothing, and buying clothing second hand.
